    Sessions may be used at any time within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions after 90 days expire and are not refundable or transferable.

    Sessions are scheduled first-come, first-served basis based on trainer availability.

    A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as used.
