  • This is a single 45–50 minute private training session delivered through Apogee’s premier mobile fitness service.

    Training is fully individualized and focused on strength, conditioning, and fat loss. I bring the equipment, structure, and coaching to you. No templates. No group pacing. No wasted time.

    Drop-in sessions are extremely limited.

    Availability only opens when space exists outside of reserved scheduling for monthly training clients.

    This option is ideal if you:

    • Want to experience my coaching before committing long-term

    • Need a one-time, professionally coached session
