Small group strength and conditioning coaching for two individuals training together at the same location. Sessions are individualized within a shared workout structure, allowing each person to train at an appropriate level while benefiting from a coached, efficient session.
This membership includes personalized programming, coached training sessions, and ongoing adjustments for both participants to support strength development, conditioning, and long-term health. Clients provide their own training partner and train together during each session.
Sessions are by appointment only and conducted within the service area.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all training services are governed by the Apogee Fitness Training Master Training Services Agreement.
Memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment, are auto-renewing, and non-refundable. Sessions are valid only within the calendar month purchased. Missed sessions, late cancellations, and no-shows are forfeited.
